On a day to day basis many people have to deal with stressful situations that can leave them debilitated either mentally, physically or both. Another one of our most popular therapies that we provide entails a series of 2 to 3 visits in which we teach self-hypnotic techniques. These sessions are designed to help individuals learn to regain control of their outside stressors by regulating their thoughts and actions from a place of balanced purpose that self-hypnosis provides.
These types of sessions are often the fundamental foundation for addressing memory and focus/concentration issues as well as test and school related feelings of anxiety.
Also note self-hypnosis sessions are ideal for “non-issues” such as the individuals who while not having a specific reason cannot seem to find the happiness they feel they deserve.
